- 10+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM, with strong specialization in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and at least 4 - 5 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, including :
1. Payroll Elements and Element Entries
2. Balances and Balance Dimensions
3. Payroll Definitions and Flow Patterns
4. Payroll Costing and Accounting
5. Payment Methods and Payment Sources
6. Fast Formulas and payroll-related configurations
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll integration with related modules such as Core HR, Absence, Time & Labor/OTL, Benefits, and Finance.
- Experience in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), including time-entry configuration, time calculation rules, approvals, and integration with Payroll, will be highly preferred.
- Exposure to U.S. statutory and legislative payroll requirements, including U.S. payroll configurations and compliance, is preferred.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex AMS tickets, identify root causes, and provide appropriate functional solutions.
- Proven experience in a client-facing consulting environment, including conducting discovery sessions, requirements workshops, solution walkthroughs, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation lifecycle, covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration/build, testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support.
- Ability to independently lead functional workstreams and provide functional guidance/mentoring to junior consultants.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed/offshore teams and collaborate with business, technical, and client stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel/work from the Chennai office as and when business requirements necessitate.
