Role Overview :
As a Project Manager at Dreamcast, you will lead the end-to-end execution of internal and client-focused projects in the fast-paced event-tech domain.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, tech-driven environment and is passionate about driving results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Lead Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies.
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.
- Ensure teams adhere to Agile principles and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and performance using Agile project management and tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
- Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and manage dependencies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership clearly and timely.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Contribute to the organizations Agile maturity by promoting Agile values, educating stakeholders, and improving delivery processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4 to 8 years of experience in project management in IT/software or SaaS domains.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience in cloud-based applications, SaaS platforms, or web/mobile product development.
- Knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Familiarity with API-driven products, microservices architecture, and database technologies.
- Experience working with collaboration and project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, perform risk analysis, and resolve them proactively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
