Role Overview :

5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Presales within an IT services or software development company.

Total Experience : 5 - 10 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Strong understanding of custom web and mobile application development services.

- Good understanding of cloud services, cloud migration, infrastructure, application modernization, and managed services.

- Proven experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals, RFP/RFI responses, project estimates, and client presentations.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, project scoping, estimation, and IT delivery models.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate business requirements into appropriate technical and commercial solutions.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales pipeline management tools.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.

- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Understanding of technologies and frameworks used in web and mobile application development.

- Experience handling international clients, particularly in the US, UK, Europe, or other global markets.

- Exposure to offshore development, IT outsourcing, dedicated development teams, and managed services.
