Position : Oracle Fusion Project Manager (Finance, Procurement & Inventory)

Location : Chennai Onsite/Hybrid

Engagement Mode : Full Time

Shift Timing : 3.00AM 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

About the role :

We are looking for experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP rollouts with expertise across Financials, Procurement, and Inventory modules.

This is a client-facing, in-person role based in Chennai, with the expectation to drive successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

- Work hands-on with Finance, Procurement, and Inventory modules.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, manage risk, and report progress to senior leadership.

- Serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders and implementation teams.

- Ensure proper documentation, training, and change management throughout project lifecycle.

- Prepare for and support post-implementation phases, including the upcoming EPM rollout beyond the initial 8-month scope.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years as an Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager.

- Strong functional knowledge of Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Inventory modules.

- Demonstrated success in at least two full-cycle Fusion ERP implementations.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work onsite in Chennai and engage with cross-functional teams.

- PMP / Prince2 or Oracle Project Management certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
