Designation: Domain Architect - Healthcare

We are looking at Technical Architects from Healthcare domain only.

Location: Bangalore (South)

Experience: 10 - 14 years

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

- Provides both architectural leadership and direction in the development of our SaaS platform solutions for the Life Science industry

- Communicate the technical direction and vision to all levels of management and technical team members

- Works collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, captured and prioritized

- Provides high level designs for our solutions to meet stakeholder requirements, technology standards and patterns.

- Ensures architectural designs are governed in line with the development lifecycle and works with the engineering team to ensure compliance with designs, ensuring alignment with architecture guardrails, technology catalog, standards, patterns and meeting all functional and non-functional needs

- Participate in lifecycle meetings and ceremonies e.g. release planning, gates, delivery updates

- Manage and report on Architecture KPIs within a product domain

- Own the architecture roadmap for a particular domain that delivers a target state aligned to our technology strategy, patterns and standards resulting in improved Architecture KPIs

- Keeps abreast of technology standards, industry best practices and trends

- Contributes to the technology strategy, technology standards and patterns

Your Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in 4-year program (preferably with a concentration in Computer Science or other technical program)

- Minimum of 10 years of software development experience including Architecture responsibilities

- Experience architecting enterprise-class solutions in a commercial environment.

- Experience working within a highly regulated environment

- Experience working with distributed teams or 3rd party development partners

- Micro-service architecture design and development experience required

- Public cloud experience, preferably AWS

- Knowledge on modern Devops practices e.g. CI/CD

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong work ethic with ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

- Life science experience, a plus
