Job Summary :

We are seeking an execution-focused DocuSign Product & Power Platform Specialist to lead product administration, workflow automation, and cross-functional enablement for enterprise electronic signature platforms. In this role, you will take technical ownership of the DocuSign ecosystem administrationconfiguring templates, managing user access, and delivering enablement supportwhile building low-code workflow automations and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).

Key Responsibilities :

- DocuSign Product Administration & Governance : Manage and govern the enterprise DocuSign environmentconfiguring account settings, user provisioning, role-based permissions, signing groups, envelopes, and shared templates.

- Product Enablement & User Support : Deliver high-touch enablement support, training sessions, and technical onboarding for business users adopting DocuSign and automated signature workflows across departments.

- Process Automation (Power Automate) : Design, build, and maintain automated cloud flows using Microsoft Power Automate to integrate DocuSign with internal enterprise repositories (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams) and third-party systems.

- Low-Code App Development (Power Apps) : Develop intuitive canvas and model-driven applications in Microsoft Power Apps to streamline business approval intake and document request lifecycles.

- Reporting & Analytics (Power BI) : Build, schedule, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards to track envelope completion rates, turnaround times, usage metrics, license utilization, and process bottlenecks.

- Product Management & Backlog Execution : Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and process owners to translate functional requirements into low-code automation features and maintain user story backlogs.

- Operational Triage & Documentation : Troubleshoot envelope routing errors, API/connector issues, and permission discrepancies; author clear SOPs, runbooks, and self-service user guides.

Required Technical DNA :

- DocuSign Platform Mastery : Hands-on experience administering DocuSign eSignature, configuring templates, envelope management, and providing end-user technical enablement.

- Microsoft Power Automate : Strong experience developing automated and instant cloud flows to orchestrate document lifecycles and business notifications.

- Microsoft Power BI : Proven ability to build data models, write basic DAX queries, and design executive dashboards tracking platform utilization.

- Product Management Acumen : Familiarity with user requirements gathering, feature scoping, and sprint-based project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience building custom apps using Microsoft Power Apps.

- Familiarity with DocuSign eSignature REST APIs, webhooks (DocuSign Connect), or integration with SharePoint/Salesforce.

- Prior experience delivering enterprise platform training or enablement workshops.
