Job Summary :

We are looking for a Documentation Expert with experience in SAP projects to create, manage, and maintain functional, technical, process, training, and governance documentation. The candidate should have excellent technical writing skills and prior exposure to SAP implementation, support, upgrade, or migration projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FSDs, TSDs, SOPs, User Manuals, Test Scripts, and Training Guides.

- Work closely with SAP Functional Consultants, Technical Teams, Business Users, and Project Managers to gather requirements and document processes.

- Create process flows, work instructions, and knowledge articles.

- Manage document repositories, version control, and approval workflows.

- Ensure compliance with organizational documentation standards and audit requirements.

- Support project governance, knowledge management, and training initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 4-8 years of experience in technical/business documentation.

- Prior experience in SAP projects (S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, Basis, etc.).

- Strong technical writing, editing, and documentation skills.

- Experience with MS Office, Visio, SharePoint, Confluence, or SAP Solution Manager.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.

- Knowledge of process mapping and BPMN.

- Experience in Agile project environments.

- Understanding of SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or support lifecycles.
