Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP lead to support our retail/logistics operations. You will manage SAP programs, interfaces, and technical maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP ABAP technical modules, ensuring reliable and secure SAP programs and interfaces.

- Continuously improve design, technical maintenance, and support in SAP ABAP, BTP, and Integration Suite.

- Handle escalations, resolve user issues, and monitor performance to prevent delays and stability issues.

- Determine root cause analysis (RCA) and implement repairs to optimize system programs and reports.

- Ensure maintenance of service level agreements (SLAs) and documentation conforming to ITIL standards.

Technical Skills Required :

- Hands-on experience in ALE, IDOC, Module Pools, Reports, Forms (smartforms, scripts), Enhancements (Exits, BADI), and Interfaces (web services, Odata).

- Knowledge of SAP PI, FIORI, EP, and SOLMAN.

- Experience with BTP and Integration Suite is an added advantage.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of domain experience in retail/logistics SAP support.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams (Wintel OS, MS SQL, SAP BASIS, networking).

- Good understanding of ITIL principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
