Role Purpose :

We are looking for a S/4HANA PP & PPDS Functional Leader / Solution Architect to own and lead our Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling modules.

You will be responsible for design, build, rollout and support of S/4HANA PP/PPDS and its integration with MES, QM, and PM. Your primary mission is to ensure successful Go-Live of our S/4HANA Golden Client across regions.

This is a high-visibility Divisional Head role where you will partner with Regional ExComs, Functional Heads, and Global IT leadership to modernize, digitize and automate our Plan-to-Consume processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Architecture & Implementation (70%) :

- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of S/4HANA PP & PPDS modules.

- Own Blueprinting, To-Be Process Design, Data Standards, Configuration, and Functional Specs for RICEFWs.

- Design and implement Master Data BOMs, Routings, Material Master (PP Views).

- Drive integration with MES, Maintenance Management (PM) and Quality Management (QM).

- Co-create best practice solutions using Art of the Possible in S/4HANA.

- Ensure successful Go-Live of Golden Template.

2. IT Business Partnering (10%) :

- Partner with Business stakeholders to translate functional strategy into IT projects / initiatives.

- Co-own technology roadmap for Manufacturing.

3. Training & Adoption (10%) :

- Develop Power Users and drive training for end users.

- Drive change management and adoption of Core Template.

4. Support & Governance (10%) :

- Govern outsourced AMS partner ensure SLAs, knowledge transfer, and training.

- Drive Root Cause Analysis to reduce recurring bugs / issues.

What We Are Looking For :

- Certified S/4HANA PP & PPDS Functional Expert / Consultant.

- Must have Led at least 1 - 2 Full Cycle S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations as PP/PPDS Lead.

- Lead means : You have led Blueprinting, Configuration, FS for RICEFWs, Testing, Cutover & Go-Live.

- Strong expertise in Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Manufacturing Execution, MRP, Capacity Planning.

- Experience with integration to MES is mandatory.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills (Sr. Leadership to Shopfloor).

- Highly Preferred : Education : University Degree / BE / MBA preferred.

- SAP S/4HANA Certification is mandatory.
