Overall Success Profile :

A senior, technology-oriented Delivery Manager/Director with 12 - 18 years of experience, strong leadership of 250+ member engineering teams, global/GCC delivery exposure, preferably within Banking/Payments, and a strong understanding of Java/Full Stack, Cloud, AI/GenAI and Data technologies. The candidate should demonstrate proven ownership of large-scale programs, globally distributed teams, client relationships, delivery governance, talent management and operational excellence.

Role Profile :

Seasoned Delivery Manager / Delivery Leader (Director) with extensive experience managing large-scale engineering and delivery organizations

Team Management :

Proven experience managing large, globally distributed teams (handling teams) of 250+ professionals

GCC Experience :

Prior experience in managing GCC engagements / global delivery centers is preferred

Domain Experience :

Strong preference for candidates with Banking / Payments domain experience

Technology Exposure :

Strong technology background across Java, Full Stack, Cloud, GenAI, Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science and ML

AI / GenAI :

Experience in managing and delivering AI / GenAI programs and initiatives

Program Management :

Proven experience in managing large-scale programs and establishing effective delivery processes, governance and operational frameworks

Global Delivery :

Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing globally distributed engineering and project teams for international clients

Delivery Management :

Experience managing implementation and support projects with accountability for SLA, budget, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction

Methodologies :

Strong practical understanding of modern project management methodologies and software engineering processes, including Agile delivery

Client Management :

Excellent client management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship management skills

Leadership & Talent Management :

Proven ability to attract, develop and retain high-performing talent

Communication :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English is mandatory

Operational Excellence :

Ability to operate effectively within a diverse, complex and large-scale environment

Technical Advantage :

Experience with developing or managing distributed, high-load systems will be an added advantage
