Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Director ServiceNow Platform & Practice to lead platform strategy, architecture, and delivery within large, complex, and highly regulated environments.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow along with strong leadership in driving enterprise-scale implementations and AI-led transformations.

Key Requirements :

- Candidates must be from US-based Captive organizations

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform

- Strong experience working in large, complex, and regulated environments

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide hands-on architectural leadership to design and scale the ServiceNow platform across modules

- Ensure secure, scalable, and standardized platform architecture

- Drive adoption and implementation of ServiceNow Now Assist and enterprise AI capabilities, especially in IT Operations and Service Management

- Lead platform strategy, governance, and best practices across the organization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ServiceNow capabilities with business objectives

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise service management

- Strong exposure to AI/automation within ServiceNow ecosystem

- Proven leadership in managing large teams and stakeholders
