Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program & Client Solutions Leader to own the technology-to-client interface across Prozo's product ecosystem. The role requires driving client onboarding, technical solutioning, enterprise integrations, program management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution while working closely with Engineering, Product, Operations and Sales teams. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to building and leading the Technical Program Management function.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end technical program management for enterprise clients.

- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for Engineering teams.

- Lead enterprise client onboarding, implementation, and platform integrations.

- Manage API, ERP, WMS, OMS and third-party system integrations.

- Act as the primary escalation point for critical client and technology issues.

- Partner with Sales/CRO teams on technical solutioning and product demonstrations.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Operations and Customer Success teams for successful deliveries.

- Own project governance, delivery timelines, risk management and stakeholder communication.

- Drive compliance, audit readiness and information security initiatives.

- Build scalable processes, SOPs, dashboards and tracking mechanisms.

- Hire, mentor and develop the Technical Program Management team as the function grows.

Desired Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field.

- MBA preferred.

- Strong experience in Technical Program Management, Product Implementation, Solution Engineering or Enterprise Software Delivery.

- Experience working with enterprise SaaS products.

- Exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, E-commerce or 3PL technology will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows and enterprise applications.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects.
