We are looking to hire a Delivery leader for our Digital Engineering practice. This is a key role that interfaces directly with Market, and Presales teams to develop cutting-edge solutions for our clients. You will combine exceptional delivery expertise with strong relationship management skills and industry knowledge to ensure the consistent execution of an ambitious roadmap.

Working across engineering teams you will manage competing priorities from a variety of stakeholders to bring about change in a dynamic environment. Will work in a highly matrixed structure, working with technology teams across different practices.

Responsibilities :

- The VP of delivery will be responsible for successfully managing the entire Digital Engineering organization, including operational and performance management of all project team resources

- Works cross-departmentally and cross-organizationally to ensure the successful delivery of solutions initiatives within the Digital Engineering practices

- Manages delivery organization to ensure on-time and on-budget deliverables to align with customer expectations and remediate high-impact project risks

- Develop and maintain client relationships, leading to high customer satisfaction

- Establish and evolve engineering and delivery standards and best practices

- Manage organization to utilization and margin targets

- Create, maintain, and govern key organizational processes and lead internal process improvement initiatives

- Develop organizational strategies to align with overall company goals and oversee the execution of tactics to drive these strategies

Requirements :

- Minimum 15+ years of technical management experience, including managing large (100 + headcount) engineering teams

- Exceptional leadership and management skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams from the ground up; focused on mentoring, accountability, and results-oriented team building

- Health care domain experience is a must. Retail domain experience is a plus.

- Track record of managing end-to-end client engagements, with full responsibility for delivery

- Track record of delivering, deploying, and integrating systems to production

- Experience managing and delivering complex platforms, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple delivery tracks with conflicting priorities

- Experience with multiple technologies and providing leadership to people from varieties of technology backgrounds including but not limited to full stack, java, React, Node JS, data science, AI, ML.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering, preferably in IT or Computer Science.
