About the Role :

We have an urgent opening for a SAP SuccessFactors Director role with a leading consulting organization.

Responsibilities :

- 17+ years of professional experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors consulting within the Technology / IT Consulting industry.

- Partner with HR leaders and IT stakeholders to translate HR strategies into technical execution plans.

- Serve as the Delivery Lead on SuccessFactors implementation, optimization, and cloud migration programs.

- Mitigate high-level project risks, resolve escalation checkpoints, and ensure project deliverables adhere to budget, timeline, and organization standard methodologies.

Practice Management :

- Drive practice revenue by leading pre-sales efforts, scoping complex client proposals, writing Statements of Work (SOWs), and securing client sign-offs.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to expand the firm's consulting footprint across the SAP ecosystem.

- Manage project financials, resource management, and project quality.

- Achieve practice-level utilization targets and gross margin goals by balancing team resource allocation across concurrent client projects.

- Multi-task and handle a diverse breadth of topics and stakeholders across different clients simultaneously.

- Ability to travel (locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite.

People Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of Senior Managers, Functional Architects, and Technical Consultants.

- Recruit and retain top consulting talent to scale the delivery practice in alignment with market demand.
