DIRECTOR - SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

World's most reputed Big-4 global consulting and transformation organization is seeking an accomplished SAP EWM leader to join its Enterprise Technology practice and drive large-scale digital supply chain and warehouse transformation programs across marquee clients.

The Opportunity :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM solution design, implementation, and deployment programs.

- Conduct business process assessments and facilitate client workshops to define future-state warehouse operations.

- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP EWM solutions aligned with industry leading practices.

- Drive solution architecture, configuration, testing, user acceptance, training, and post-go-live stabilization.

- Lead integration of SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, TM, PP, MM, QM, and third-party applications.

- Manage multi-disciplinary project teams comprising functional, technical, integration, Fiori, ABAP, and middleware resources.

- Provide strategic guidance to clients on warehouse modernization and supply chain optimization.

- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.

- Mentor and develop consulting teams while ensuring high standards of delivery excellence.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 15+ years of SAP consulting experience with significant specialization in SAP EWM.

- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP warehouse transformation programs.

- Strong expertise in SAP EWM configuration, solution design, and business process optimization.

- Demonstrated capability in project leadership, stakeholder management, and team development.

- Excellent communication, consulting, and client-facing skills.

Essential Experience :

Candidates must satisfy at least one of the following criteria :

- Minimum 8 years of SAP EWM experience with participation in at least three SAP EWM implementations, of which at least one must be a full end-to-end implementation (not all rollouts).

OR

- Significant warehouse operations exposure, including hands-on warehouse assessments, process evaluations, and operational transformation initiatives.

Preferred Experience :

- Minimum three SAP S/4HANA Embedded or Decentralized EWM implementation/rollout programs in a leadership capacity.

- Experience across global delivery environments and complex multi-country deployments.

- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse management processes.
