About the Role :

We are hiring a Director Enterprise Architecture to lead the strategy, design, and transformation of enterprise-wide corporate systems.

This is a leadership role responsible for driving SAP-led architecture, digital workplace evolution, and large-scale modernization across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Strategy & Transformation :

- Define and own the enterprise architecture vision and multi-year roadmap

- Drive SAP-centric transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR ecosystems

- Lead modernization initiatives including platform consolidation, automation, and AI adoption

- Influence enterprise investment decisions, business cases, and technology direction

Architecture Leadership :

- Act as the enterprise architecture authority for corporate systems

- Lead architecture for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Supply Chain, and SuccessFactors

- Define integration strategies, data architecture, and scalable system design

- Oversee digital workplace ecosystem including Microsoft 365, identity, and collaboration platforms

- Ensure systems are secure, compliant, scalable, and future-ready

Stakeholder & Executive Management :

- Partner with senior leadership across Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and IT

- Act as a trusted advisor in driving business and technology alignment

- Manage strategic relationships with system integrators and SAP partners

- Represent architecture in governance, portfolio, and investment forums

Leadership & Governance :

- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise architecture function

- Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices

- Drive decision-making on platform selection, vendor strategy, and design trade-offs

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements

Key Skills & Expertise :

Deep expertise in SAP ecosystem :

- SAP S/4HANA

- SAP Finance, Supply Chain

- SAP SuccessFactors

- Strong exposure to enterprise COTS platforms

- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Identity & Access, Collaboration tools)

Strong understanding of :

- Enterprise architecture frameworks

- API-led and data-driven architectures

- Digital workplace and end-user computing

- Domain knowledge across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain systems

- 20+ years of experience in enterprise architecture / technology leadership

- Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP transformations
