Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications and ERP leader to oversee enterprise systems, application modernization, business process automation, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders to optimize enterprise applications, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that technology platforms support the organization's growth and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications and ERP platforms.

- Manage application roadmaps, system upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives.

- Oversee ERP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Collaborate with finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to understand business requirements.

- Drive business process standardization, automation, and application performance improvements.

- Manage application support, service delivery, vendor relationships, and implementation partners.

- Ensure data integrity, access controls, compliance, and application security.

- Develop application governance frameworks, support SLAs, and performance metrics.

- Lead cross-functional teams through system implementations, migrations, and organizational change initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8 - 15 years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP implementation, application management, or IT consulting.

- Experience with at least one major ERP platform, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, business processes, and application architecture.

- Experience managing implementation partners, application support teams, and technology projects.

- Knowledge of cloud-based enterprise applications, data migration, and change management.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Relevant ERP certifications are preferred.

- ERP program managers, enterprise applications managers, SAP or Oracle practice leads, and senior application delivery professionals.
