Director - Duck Creek Policy

We're hiring someone with the following skill set.

Key Requirements :

- 18+ years of overall experience with Development / Business SME background.

- 5+ years of experience in P&C Insurance domain.

- 5+ years of Project Management & Delivery experience.

- Strong experience managing Duck Creek Policy / PAS engagements.

- Must have managed 2+ PAS teams with 30+ members.

- Strong experience in onshore/offshore delivery models.

- Excellent team leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and resource/budget management skills.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall, risk & change management.

- Hands-on exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or similar tools.

- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Candidates should demonstrate stability and strong communication skills.
