Director - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

We are looking for a visionary Leader to spearhead our AI and Innovation strategy and execution and drive AI-led transformation in a high-scale, fast-growing gaming/internet environment. This role demands deep expertise in building AI/ML capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-impact AI solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities :

- AI Strategy and Leadership: Define and execute the AI vision, roadmap, and strategy to drive innovation and business impact.

- AI/ML Capability Building: Lead the development of cutting-edge AI capabilities by focusing on building specialized expertise in deep learning to enhance predictive modeling, reinforcement learning for optimizing decision-making processes, natural language processing (NLP) for advanced language understanding and chatbot solutions, computer vision for enabling intelligent image and video analysis, and Generative AI (GenAI) models to innovate content creation and personalization.

- Product and Personalization: To enhance user retention, leverage AI for game personalization, dynamic content generation, recommendation engines, and player behavior analysis.

- Fraud and Risk Management: Build AI-driven fraud detection and prevention mechanisms to GTO solver and assist gameplay identification, payment fraud, and security threats in a high-scale gaming ecosystem.

- Generative AI and Automation: Explore and deploy GenAI solutions for content generation, automated testing, game development, and customer support.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and risk teams to incorporate AI into core gaming operations.

- AI Governance and Ethics: Establish responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy, fairness, and bias mitigation in AI-driven applications.

- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data, product, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into products and platforms.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and new AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Talent Development and Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class AI/ML team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving AI-led transformations.

- Expertise in deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision, and GenAI models.

- Expertise in Product Management, Product roadmap, product launch, product strategy, and stakeholder management.

- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML frameworks.

- Experience in big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop), MLOps, and AI infrastructure at scale.

- Prior experience in a high-scale internet, gaming, or technology-driven environment is highly preferred.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing AI/ML teams and delivering enterprise-level AI initiatives.

- Ability to translate AI research into real-world applications with measurable business impact.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
