Role Overview :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (SFMC Expert) to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, data analysts, and other developers to deliver personalized and engaging customer experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging the full potential of SFMC to drive targeted campaigns, improve customer engagement, and achieve measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design and develop complex marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

- Implement data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems, such as CRM, eCommerce platforms, and data warehouses, to create a unified customer view.

- Develop and maintain AMPscript and SQL queries to personalize email content, segment audiences, and automate marketing processes.

- Configure and manage Marketing Cloud Connect to seamlessly integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with Marketing Cloud.

- Build and maintain data extensions, automation studios, and journey builder campaigns to support various marketing initiatives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality marketing automation solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Proven expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and SOQL/SOSL for data manipulation and personalization within SFMC.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and data integration principles for connecting SFMC with external systems.

- Deep knowledge of data modeling concepts and experience in designing and maintaining data extensions within SFMC.

- Ability to configure and manage Marketing Cloud Connect for seamless integration with Salesforce CRM.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience with building automation systems and integrating them with SFMC is a plus.
