Role : Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Digital Support & Automation Engineer to manage production systems and drive automation for large-scale digital platforms. This role blends L2/L3 support, incident management, and automation engineering to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 production support and handle incidents (P1/P2)

- Monitor systems using tools like Splunk, Grafana

- Perform incident triage, RCA, and resolution

- Participate in war rooms & major incident handling

- Build and deploy automation solutions (Python/Java/Node/RPA)

- Automate monitoring, reporting, and operational tasks

- Work with APIs, databases, and integrations

- Support releases, deployments, and production validation

Required Skills :

- 3-5 years in Production/Application Support

- Strong experience in Python or scripting/automation

- Hands-on with monitoring tools (Splunk/Grafana)

- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL

- Exposure to AWS/Azure (preferred)

- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)

- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
