The Digital Learning & Development Consultant is a key member of our Operational Learning & Performance team, partnering with business stakeholders to design and deliver intuitive WalkMe experiences that simplify processes, support employee performance, and enhance the overall user experience. This role focuses on building in-the-flow guidance, improving self-service, and aligning digital guidance with our broader learning ecosystem.

What You Will Do:

- Design and build WalkMe solutions using the WalkMe Builder suite.

- Conduct root cause analysis to determine when WalkMe is the appropriate solution versus training, job aids, or system enhancements.

- Apply UX principlesincluding progressive disclosure, minimal interruption, and user controlto create frictionless user experiences.

- Determine the right level of support: when to guide, when to inform, and when to automate.

- Test and troubleshoot solutions, ensuring accuracy, usability, and alignment with business requirements.

- Align WalkMe experiences with job aids, procedure/knowledge base articles, workflows, and formal training content.

- Collaborate with Learning, Quality, and business SMEs to validate requirements and optimize user journeys.

- Use brand standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines when developing digital adoption content.

- Partner with IT and business teams during deployments, updates, and user acceptance testing.

- Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and data.

Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience working with the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).

- Experience creating WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, ShoutOuts, SmartTips, Launchers, and other core features.

- Basic understanding of WalkMe automations, validation rules, and error-prevention techniques.

- Experience conducting root cause analysis for performance or process issues.

- Understanding of UX principles and how they apply to digital adoption and in-the-flow learning.

- Familiarity with aligning WalkMe content to job aids, KIWI articles, and formal training.

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS as applied within WalkMe.

- Ability to apply brand standards and WCAG accessibility principles in digital content.

- Experience collaborating within agile or iterative development environments (preferred).
