Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Digital Integration Site Lead to drive site-level digital transformation and enterprise system deployment initiatives within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deployment experience, and expertise in managing cross-functional teams in GMP-regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for successful site-level digital integration projects.

- Work effectively in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and reporting lines.

- Partner with site leadership, operational teams, IT teams, and global program stakeholders.

- Provide regular project updates, manage risks, and escalate issues appropriately.

- Support enterprise system deployment activities including testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

- Ensure smooth implementation while minimizing disruption to manufacturing operations.

- Drive user adoption and change management activities.

- Ensure compliance with GMP standards, data integrity, and change control processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

1. Leadership & Coordination :

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.

2. Industry Experience :

- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

- Minimum 5 years of experience leading site-level projects in manufacturing, operations, digital transformation, IT, or enterprise system deployments.

- Experience working closely with manufacturing site teams and operational environments.

3. Deployment Experience :

- Experience leading or supporting enterprise system deployments.

- Hands-on experience with testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.

- Ability to translate deployment strategies into practical site-level execution plans.

4. Manufacturing Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

- Experience working in GMP-regulated environments.

- Knowledge of compliance, data integrity, operational continuity, and change control.

- Ability to assess the impact of digital solutions on business processes and manufacturing operations.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with enterprise systems such as :

1. SAP ERP

2. MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)

3. Planning Systems

4. Quality Management Systems

- Experience in global or multi-site deployment programs.

- Knowledge of structured deployment methodologies and change management.

- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement practices.
