About the Role :

We are looking for a Digital Engineer to develop, implement and support digital solutions across projects and business functions within a leading international Engineering & Construction organization. The role will focus on software development, process automation, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, system integration and digital innovation, working closely with project teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain and support desktop and web applications, APIs and system integrations using technologies such as C#, Python and SQL.

- Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Design and implement RPA, workflow automation and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.

- Develop Power BI dashboards, reports and data models for business intelligence and performance monitoring.

- Design automated data collection, validation, transformation and reporting processes.

- Develop and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and related collaboration solutions.

- Work with business stakeholders and project teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions.

- Perform solution development, testing, deployment, user training and technical support.

- Maintain technical documentation, source code repositories, testing records and deployment documentation.

- Support AI-enabled solutions, digital innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure solutions comply with development standards, security requirements, data governance and quality procedures.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

- 3-7 years of experience in software development, digital engineering, automation or digital transformation.

- Hands-on experience with C#, Python and/or SQL.

- Experience developing web/desktop applications, APIs and system integrations.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Strong experience in Power BI, data modelling, dashboard development and automated reporting.

- Knowledge of SDLC, REST APIs, databases and version control.

- Experience with Git/Azure DevOps is preferred.

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Azure is an advantage.
