We are hiring for a high-impact Digital Analytics role focused on measuring and optimizing customer experience across digital servicing platforms.
The role involves evaluating the performance of new digital features, understanding customer behavior, and delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
This is a hands-on analytics role with stakeholder exposure, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful business impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze performance of digital features on web platforms (servicing journeys)
- Measure customer behavior, feature adoption, and business impact
- Perform funnel analysis, conversion tracking, and customer journey analysis
- Generate actionable insights using SQL/SAS and web analytics tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions
- Work on A/B testing, clickstream analysis, and experimentation
- Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau / Power BI
- Clearly articulate findings, insights, and business recommendations
Must-Have Skills :
- 4-10 years of experience in Digital / Product / Customer Analytics
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Web/Digital Analytics (Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics)
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SQL or SAS (MANDATORY)
- Strong experience in :
1. Funnel Analysis
2. Conversion Optimization
3. Customer Journey Analytics
4. A/B Testing / Experimentation
- Experience with Tableau / Power BI or similar visualization tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
