Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end Software Asset Management (SAM) processes using ServiceNow SAM Pro

- Perform software license reconciliation, entitlement management, and compliance tracking

- Manage software inventory, usage normalization, and optimization initiatives

- Ensure organizational readiness for software audits and compliance reviews

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics within ServiceNow

- Identify opportunities for license optimization, SaaS rationalization, and cost reduction

- Collaborate with procurement, IT, security, vendors, and business stakeholders for software governance

- Manage publisher-specific licensing positions and compliance risks

- Support SAM implementation, enhancements, integrations, and operational support activities

- Maintain accurate software asset records, contracts, and entitlement repositories

- Provide recommendations on software usage optimization and governance best practices
