We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our Java development projects. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js. This role requires a professional who is not only an expert in project management methodologies like Agile-Scrum but also has a deep technical understanding of the development lifecycle and cloud technologies like AWS. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing timelines, ensuring technical quality, and delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Leadership : Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

- Agile-Scrum Management : Serve as the Scrum Master, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.) and ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles.

- Technical Oversight : Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team, leveraging your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js. Ensure that the technical solutions are robust, scalable, and align with architectural standards.

- Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.

- Risk Management : Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues to prevent roadblocks and ensure smooth project execution.

- Team Management : Mentor and motivate the development team, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment.

- Cloud Integration : Utilize your knowledge of AWS to guide the team in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a technical project management role.
