Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Design & Documentation : Translate gathered business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable artifacts, including detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and comprehensive acceptance criteria.
- Customer Identity Platform Expertise : Leverage your strong familiarity with identity platforms and hands-on experience in CIAM or Identity & Access Management (IAM) to provide expert guidance on solution design and implementation.
- Authentication Technology Mastery : Apply a strong understanding of authentication technologies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and adaptive authentication methods to design secure and user-friendly login experiences.
- Agile & DevOps Leadership : Act as a champion for Agile practices, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Ensure close collaboration with development and QA teams, with practical experience in DevOps and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including product owners, technical leads, architects, developers, testers, and end-users, to ensure alignment and shared understanding of requirements.
- Process Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvements within the CIAM lifecycle, advocating for efficient and automated workflows.
- Quality Assurance & Validation : Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure test cases align with business requirements and that solutions meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Secondary Skills & Desired Qualifications :
- Customer-Centric Design : Exposure to and appreciation for customer-centric design or CX-focused requirements gathering, ensuring solutions enhance the overall customer journey.
- Compliance Awareness : Awareness of critical compliance standards relevant to identity and data privacy, such as GDPR, PSD2, and MAS TRM.
- Certifications : Possession of relevant Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SAFe) or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to Customer IAM or Identity & Access Management projects.
- Demonstrable experience translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical
requirements.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment with practical exposure to DevOps and CI/CD.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
