• Building defined flow/VUI Spec into Dialogflow CX to build chatbots.
• Designing conversational flow and overall conversational experience within Dialogflow.
• Tracking and analyzing the customer experience with the BOT for continuous improvement and maintenance.
• Must have prior BOT development experience.
