About the Role :

This role requires a strategic leader with strong hands-on expertise in DevOps architecture, presales, delivery governance, and capability building.

You will be responsible for defining enterprise-wide DevOps strategies, driving best practices, and enabling high-performing engineering teams across multiple projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and standardize CI/CD pipelines across projects

- Architect infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools such as Terraform

- Lead Kubernetes platform design, setup, and optimization

- Solve complex, real-world implementation challenges across cloud and on-prem environments

Presales & Solution Architecture (Critical) :

- Create detailed solution documents and architecture blueprints

- Perform effort estimation and resource planning

- Deliver client presentations and act as a trusted technical advisor during presales engagements

Multi-Project / Practice Leadership (Very Important) :

- Oversee DevOps initiatives across multiple accounts and projects

- Define and implement organization-wide standards, frameworks, and best practices

- Build reusable assets, accelerators, and governance models

- Ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across all DevOps implementations

Delivery Guidance & Execution Support :

- Provide hands-on guidance to delivery teams during project execution

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues such as :

1. CI/CD pipeline failures

2. Kubernetes and container orchestration challenges

3. Deployment and release bottlenecks

- Ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery across engagements

Capability Building & Mentorship :

- Define structured learning paths and upskilling programs

- Build internal tools, accelerators, and frameworks to enhance delivery efficiency

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence

Key Skills & Expertise :

- Deep expertise in CI/CD tools, Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Strong presales and client-facing experience

- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills

- Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments

- Understanding of DevSecOps, security, and compliance frameworks

- Experience in building scalable and reusable engineering frameworks
