DevOps/Platform Engineer - AWS/IAC Terraform

Description :

The role requires strong Linux, networking fundamentals, and experience supporting Java-based applications. Exposure to Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD optimization is highly desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS services including EKS, EC2, S3, ALB/NLB, and VPC.

- Implement and maintain GitOps-based deployments using ArgoCD.

- Support Java application build and deployment processes using Maven/Spring Boot.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure and application deployments.

- Collaborate with development teams to improve build, release, and deployment workflows.

- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across environments.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.

- Experience with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with ArgoCD or GitOps-based deployment practices.

- Strong Linux administration and scripting skills.

- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, load balancing).

- Experience with Java build tooling such as Maven and Spring Boot.

Nice to Have/Additional Skills :

- Experience building Android, iOS, or Web application pipelines.

- Knowledge of Docker and containerization best practices.

- Experience with observability and monitoring tools.

- CI/CD pipeline optimization and orchestration.

- Understanding of security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, and DevSecOps.
