DevOps Engineer/System Administrator - Linux/AWS

Description :

- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows servers

- Monitor production systems and ensure high availability

- Handle application deployments and CI/CD pipelines

- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues

- Manage cloud infrastructure and resources

- Configure and maintain user access and security

- Perform regular backups and recovery testing

- Automate routine operational tasks

- Maintain staging and production environments

- Monitor logs and system performance

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks

- Monitor and optimize database performance

- Support development and QA teams

- Maintain system and process documentation

Required Skills :

- Strong Linux administration skills

- Experience with Git and version control

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

- Basic scripting (Bash / Shell / Python)

- Experience with Docker or containers

- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, IP, ports, firewalls)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Strong troubleshooting skills

- Understanding of system monitoring and logs

Database Responsibilities :

- Monitor database performance

- Identify slow queries

- Assist with query optimization

- Manage database backups

- Ensure database availability

- Work with developers to improve performance

Experience Required :

- 34 years of experience in DevOps or System Administration

- Experience managing production environments

- Experience handling deployments

- Experience troubleshooting live issues

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
