DevOps Engineer - AWS Cloud Services

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 6- 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS cloud services along with a working knowledge of Azure.

You will play a key role in designing scalable cloud infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring efficient and secure software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to automate deployment processes and improve release efficiency.

- Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

- Work with services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, and EKS.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across applications and infrastructure.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

- Set up and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).

- Configure and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, workflows, and processes.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and DevOps best practices.

- Mentor junior team members on DevOps and cloud practices.

Required Skills :

- Good working knowledge of Azure cloud platform (nice to have).

- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline).

- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).

- Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer / Solutions Architect certification preferred.

- Experience with serverless architecture and microservices design patterns.

- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS + Azure).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
