Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer at Talent Pro, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our clients' Azure-based infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to automate processes, improve system reliability, and enhance overall efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients' projects by optimizing their cloud environments and enabling faster delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Azure-based DevOps solutions to support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for our clients.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Azure Resource Manager to streamline deployment processes.

- Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks, implementing solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and security for our clients' applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, collaborating with development and operations teams to minimize downtime and ensure service availability for end-users.

- Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes, infrastructure configurations, and deployment procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and standardization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security services.

- Proven experience in automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Azure Resource Manager.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to working on-site in Bangalore.
