DevOps Automation Engineer - Oracle DB & Cloud Infrastructure

Description :

- Develop and manage infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate build, test, and deployment processes

- Implement and enforce best coding practices and standards across automation scripts

- Manage and maintain version control systems (Git) for code and configuration management

- Optimize cloud-based infrastructure and ensure high availability and scalability

- Integrate and support Oracle Database environments within DevOps workflows (preferred)

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve automation reliability

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Work with tools like JIRA to manage tasks, user stories, and project workflows

- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve automation efficiency

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Jenkins (CI/CD pipeline creation & management)

2. Ansible (configuration management & automation)

3. Terraform (infrastructure as code)

4. Git (version control)

5. Groovy scripting

- Experience in Cloud DevOps Automation (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Solid understanding of automation frameworks and deployment strategies

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, user stories, sprint cycles)

- Knowledge of best coding and scripting practices

Preferred Skills :

- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking basics

- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
