DevOps Architect - Salesforce Managed Packages

Description :

The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC), DevOps tools like SF/SFDX CLI or CumulusCI, and cloud platforms like Node.js, Heroku, AWS, or Terraform.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment and drive the deployment and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain code in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, or LWC to support Salesforce integrations and package deployments.

- Design, develop, and maintain GitHub Actions for continuous integration and delivery, utilizing scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Node.js.

- Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of hosted services using technologies such as Node.js, Heroku, AWS, or Terraform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce applications and cloud services seamlessly within the organizations infrastructure.

- Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and performance tuning for all deployed systems.

- Automate and streamline operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual interventions.

- Continuously improve DevOps practices, advocating for automation and scaling in both development and release pipelines.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, driving best practices in DevOps, Salesforce development, and cloud platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience working with DevOps practices and tools.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce managed packages and development tools like SF/SFDX CLI and CumulusCI.

- Proficiency in Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC).

- Strong experience with GitHub Actions and automation scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Node.js.

- Solid experience with cloud platforms and hosted services using Node.js, Heroku, AWS, or Terraform.

- Expertise in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Experience with version control systems, primarily Git, and managing deployment workflows.

- Ability to manage and mentor a team of developers and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality

solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
