Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot CRM + Shopify Consultant to join our dynamic team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing HubSpot CRM and Shopify solutions for our clients.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success. This role requires a deep understanding of both platforms and the ability to integrate them seamlessly to drive sales, marketing, and customer service effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to understand their business requirements and objectives related to CRM and e-commerce.

- Design and implement customized HubSpot CRM and Shopify solutions that align with client's specific business goals, maximizing their ROI.

- Integrate HubSpot CRM with Shopify to create a unified platform for managing customer data, marketing automation, and sales processes, improving overall efficiency.

- Develop and execute data migration strategies to ensure seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to HubSpot and Shopify, minimizing disruption.

- Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use HubSpot CRM and Shopify, empowering them to manage their systems independently.

- Optimize HubSpot CRM and Shopify configurations based on performance data and client feedback, continuously improving system effectiveness.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in HubSpot CRM and Shopify, providing clients with innovative solutions and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot CRM and Shopify integrations, ensuring smooth operation of the systems.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement HubSpot CRM and Shopify solutions that meet specific business needs.

- Proven expertise in integrating HubSpot CRM with Shopify to create a unified customer management platform.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to CRM and e-commerce systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and provide training and support.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and client needs.

- 7-10 years of experience in implementing and managing HubSpot CRM and Shopify solutions.
