We are hiring DuckCreek Billing Developer / Technical Lead for our client based at across location in India.

Requirements :

- Engineering graduate, Post-graduates with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in DuckCreek Billing solutions.

- Designing, developing, and enhancing Duck Creek Billing solutions to support enhancement projects.

- Good understanding of Duck Creek Billing architecture, configuration, and integration, as well as a strong grasp of insurance domain billing processes and workflows.

- Design and develop Duck Creek Billing solutions, including configurations for billing rules, workflows, payment plans, and transaction processing.

- Implement enhancements and customizations to Duck Creek Billing components based on business and project requirements.

- Configure billing templates, payment schedules, and invoicing workflows to align with client-specific needs.

- Participate in Duck Creek enhancement projects, ensuring the timely delivery of billing-related configurations and customizations.

- Develop and implement new features, such as installment plans, late fee calculations, and payment reconciliation workflows.

- Optimize existing billing configurations to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy.

- Integrate Duck Creek Billing solutions with other Duck Creek modules (Policy, Claims) and external systems (e.g., payment gateways, ERP systems).

- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of billing configurations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing configurations and integrations during testing and production phases.
