Job Overview :
- The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable integrations and supporting enterprise HR systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and manage Workday Security Framework.
- Implement and support Workday Compensation modules.
- Build and maintain integration solutions with enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to enhance system capabilities.
Required Skills :
- Hands-on experience in Workday Compensation
- Expertise in Workday Studio Integrations
- Experience with enterprise system integrations and API development
- Good understanding of Workday architecture and data flows
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in enterprise HR technology environments
