Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a critical role in understanding client requirements, shaping project scopes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Commerce, Marketing, or CRM software implementation with strong client engagement skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage directly with clients to lead initial scope discussions, working closely with delivery and sales teams on quotes and proposals.

- Plan, schedule, and lead workshops to gather, define, and document business requirements effectively.

- Develop high-quality proposals aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects and project teams to validate and confirm the solution design approach.

- Prepare presentations to showcase Dev Technosys' services and offerings to prospective clients.

- Work closely with sales teams to identify and support new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Pre-Sales Consultant in the IT industry.

- Hands-on experience with Commerce, Marketing, or CRM software implementation.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic team with evolving requirements.
