Job Description :

Job Responsibilities :
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook and Windows OS administration.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.) and asset management platforms.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, OneDrive, and user administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network domains.
- Clear communication abilities with end-users and stakeholders.
- Ability to document processes, create SOPs, and contribute to IT knowledge base.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Eligibility Requirements :
- Minimum of 15 years of formal education (full-time/regular mode).
- Salary must have been credited to a bank account (cash payments not accepted).
- Overall more than 5 years of gap will not be considered.
Mandatory submission of :
- Educational qualification documents (marksheets and degree certificates).
- Experience proof from all previous employers (relieving letters, experience certificates, pay slips).
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS).
- Knowledge of endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM).
- Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Batch) for automation.
