Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. This role also involves basic facilities oversight, Office 365 support, and the ability to manage user queries

Responsibilities :

- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

- Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues, including laptop repair and configuration.

- Handle installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of software and OS (Windows, Office 365, etc.).

- Manage and coordinate with external IT vendors for procurement, repairs, and AMC.

- Maintain and update IT inventory, including asset tagging and lifecycle tracking.

- Respond to technical support tickets, ensuring timely resolution as per SLAs.

- Monitor and maintain office IT infrastructure, including internet, switches, and cabling.

- Assist in basic facility coordination (e.g., ensuring IT readiness for new joiners, seating setup, etc.).

- Communicate effectively via email and basic English to log, track, and resolve IT issues.

Requirements/Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.

- Hands-on experience with laptop diagnostics, repairs, and OS installation.

- Working knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and email troubleshooting.

- Exposure to vendor management and IT procurement processes.

- Ability to manage basic networking and connectivity issues.

- Good organizational and multitasking skills.

- English communication skills - must be able to understand tickets and send/receive emails.

- Exposure to endpoint security tools (Antivirus, patching tools, etc.).

Education and Experience :


- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred.
