Job Title : Design Lead Enterprise UI/UX

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Design Lead Enterprise UI/UX to own UI/UX quality end-to-end across our enterprise application portfolio.

This is not a pure visual design role.

The role focuses on real-world workflows, scalable design systems, and practical usability in low-code environments.

You will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Mendix Developers, and Delivery Leaders, while coaching teams and setting UX standards across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Leadership & Strategy :

- Own, evolve, and govern the CCG Design System (Figma + Mendix Atlas UI).

- Define and enforce UX standards, interaction principles, and consistency across enterprise applications.

- Act as the UX authority across delivery teams and projects.

Workflow & Data-Heavy UX :

- Design real enterprise workflows, not just static screens.

- Create reusable enterprise-grade UI patterns for :

1. Data tables

2. Advanced filters

3. Bulk actions

4. Form-heavy and state-driven interfaces

- Optimize workflows to reduce clicks, confusion, and operational friction.

Execution & Quality Assurance :

- Ensure designs translate effectively into low-code platforms, especially Mendix.

- Establish and run Design QA checkpoints before demos and production releases.

- Define interaction standards for :

1. Loading states

2. Error handling

3. Validation and empty states

Coaching & UX Maturity :

- Mentor designers, developers, and analysts on UX best practices.

- Raise the overall UX maturity of CCG delivery teams.

- Embed UX acceptance criteria into user stories and delivery processes.

Required Qualifications :

- 6- 10 years of UI/UX experience, primarily in B2B or enterprise environments.

- Strong portfolio showcasing :

1. Workflow-driven UX

2. Data-heavy enterprise applications

3. Design systems at scale

- Advanced Figma expertise (components, variants, libraries, system governance).

- Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, and enterprise UX constraints.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Mendix, low-code platforms, or enterprise software ecosystems.

- Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, or industrial systems.

- Familiarity with design-to-delivery challenges in complex enterprise environments.
