Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned GPO | GRC professional to join our team in Chennai as a Deputy Manager or Manager. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for SAP GRC Access Control, overseeing the integrity of our SAP landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams, internal audit departments, and business stakeholders to ensure that our access governance frameworks are robust, compliant, and scalable. By managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks and driving IT General Controls (ITGC), you will directly influence the organization's risk posture, ensuring that our digital assets remain secure while supporting seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of SAP GRC Access Control to ensure automated compliance across the enterprise.

- Design and execute comprehensive SoD frameworks to identify, analyze, and remediate access conflicts, thereby minimizing unauthorized system exposure.

- Conduct rigorous ITGC and SAP audits to validate control effectiveness and provide actionable insights to senior leadership for risk mitigation.

- Partner with CyberArk and other security teams to integrate privileged access management solutions, strengthening our overall identity and access governance.

- Define and implement effective mitigating controls for unavoidable access risks, ensuring business continuity without compromising security standards.

- Mentor junior team members and act as a bridge between technical SAP teams and audit stakeholders to streamline compliance reporting and remediation workflows.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing SAP GRC Access Control, with a deep understanding of risk analysis and remediation processes.

- Proven ability to lead IT audits and manage ITGC frameworks, backed by a professional certification such as CISA or equivalent.

- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex SoD reports and translate them into clear, business-focused risk mitigation strategies.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to influence stakeholders and drive compliance culture across diverse global teams.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Chennai, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration with distributed teams.

- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP GRC and IT audit functions, demonstrating a consistent track record of managing complex security landscapes.
