Position Overview :

Denpro Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Lead / Senior Consultant SAP MM-SD to join our growing SAP practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD), along with proven experience leading implementation projects, engaging with business stakeholders, and delivering high-quality SAP solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP MM-SD implementation projects, analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP solutions, supporting testing activities, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will also mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide post-implementation support to ensure optimal business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP MM-SD implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and functional activities to ensure successful implementation.

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and blueprinting sessions with business stakeholders.

- Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into SAP MM-SD solutions.

- Configure SAP MM and SD modules to meet organizational and business requirements.

- Design and implement best-practice business processes within SAP MM-SD.

- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with ABAP and technical teams.

- Configure and support key SAP MM processes, including :

1. Procurement

2. Purchase Requisitions

3. Purchase Orders

4. Inventory Management

5. Material Master

6. Vendor Master

7. Invoice Verification

8. Goods Receipt and Goods Issue

- Configure and support SAP SD processes, including :

1. Sales Order Processing

2. Pricing

3. Delivery Processing

4. Shipping

5. Billing

6. Customer Master

7. Credit Management

8. Returns Management

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues during testing and production support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FI, PP, WM/EWM, QM, and technical consultants for seamless integration.

- Provide end-user training, user manuals, and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Support users during hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.

- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous process improvements.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP MM-SD functionality, SAP S/4HANA innovations, and SAP best practices.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an SAP MM-SD Consultant with expertise in implementation and support projects.

- Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and SAP SD modules.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

- Experience conducting business process workshops and blueprinting sessions.

- Strong configuration experience in SAP MM and SD modules.

- Good understanding of integration between SAP MM-SD and other SAP modules such as FI, PP, WM/EWM, and QM.

- Experience preparing functional specifications and coordinating with technical development teams.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP MM and/or SAP SD certification is an added advantage.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications related to MM and SD.

- Experience with data migration, cutover activities, and go-live support.

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

- Experience working in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or supply chain domains is preferred.
