Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Functional Consultant with deep expertise in HRMS modules to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday implementations and support, particularly in the following modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional support and configuration expertise in Workday HRMS modules :

1. Advanced Compensation.

2. Compensation.

3. Time Management.

4. Absence Management.

- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.

- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday enhancements and fixes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday modules.

- Provide guidance and training to end-users and HR teams.

- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.

- Support PST time zone working hours for meetings, collaboration, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Workday HRMS modules.

- Proven expertise in Advanced Compensation, Compensation, Time Management, and Absence Management.

- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and reporting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setup.

- Experience supporting clients or teams in the PST time zone.
