Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) module.

- Gather, analyze, and document business continuity requirements from stakeholders.

- Configure and customize BCM processes within the ServiceNow platform.

- Design and implement :

1. Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

2. Risk Assessment

3. Business Continuity Plans

4. Disaster Recovery processes

- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Configure workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation within ServiceNow.

- Perform integrations with other enterprise systems and ServiceNow modules.

- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

- Ensure compliance with organizational BCM policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of overall IT experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow BCM implementations.

- Expertise in :

1. Business Impact Analysis (BIA)

2. Risk Assessment

3. Business Continuity Planning

4. Disaster Recovery Planning

- Experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and workflows.

- Ability to work independently and manage client-facing discussions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow BCM certification.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications.

- Experience working on global BCM transformation projects.

- Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) modules.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
