Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and support Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.

- Participate in end-to-end Guidewire implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.

- Develop solutions using GOSU, Guidewire data model, and Guidewire best practices.

- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and event-driven architecture.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Work effectively in distributed onshore-offshore delivery models.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and Agile development practices.

Required Skills :

- 8-10 years of IT experience with 5+ years of Guidewire development experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter.

- Experience with :

1. GOSU Programming

2. Guidewire Data Model

3. Guidewire Integration Patterns

4. REST/SOAP APIs

5. Event-Driven Architecture

- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience.

- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.

- Guidewire Cloud implementation experience.

- Guidewire Certifications.

- Strong knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
