Technical Expertise :

- MuleSoft Experience : 4+ years of hands-on experience with Mule and Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Exchange, Design Center, Runtime Manager).

- Salesforce Integration : Proven experience integrating MuleSoft with Salesforce using native connectors and APIs (3-4 years).

- Data transformation : Mastery of DataWeave 2.0 for complex JSON/XML/CSV transformations.

- API Design : Proficiency in defining API contracts using RAML or OpenAPI Specification (OAS).

- Protocols & Standards : Deep understanding of REST, SOAP, Pub/Sub, Kafka/AMQP messaging, and Webhooks.

Soft Skills & Communication :

- Independent Leadership : Strong ownership mindset with a proven track record of working without micro-management.

- Client Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and external technical partners.

- Requirement Gathering : Ability to translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical design documents.
