Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Architect to provide architecture and technical leadership for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

The ideal candidate should have extensive Salesforce experience and a strong understanding of enterprise CRM architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.

- Define solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Lead Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration initiatives.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and architectural best practices to development teams.

- Design integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.

- Review existing Salesforce implementations and recommend improvements.

- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce security, scalability, performance, and governance best practices.

- Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and project teams.

- Support solution design, estimation, documentation, and implementation activities.

- Troubleshoot complex technical and architectural challenges.

Mandatory Skills :

- 10-12 years of Salesforce experience

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud

- Salesforce Solution / Technical Architecture

- Salesforce configuration and customization

- Salesforce integrations and APIs

- CRM architecture and design

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Proven experience designing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

- Ability to work independently as a consultant.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and client-facing capabilities.

- Experience working with distributed/global teams is an advantage
